Instabox

You can make an Instabox return through the link they sent you via SMS when your package was delivered.

Here is a guide on how to do it:

Be aware that you have 60 min. from making the return to hand it in to the locker.

1. Enter the link for return under the SMS you received when Instabox send you your PIN to pick up the package.

2. Choose which Instabox locker you would like to return the package in.

3. Click on 'create return'.

4. Then you will receive a PIN code on SMS that you enter on the lockers display.

5. Follow the instructions on the display and make sure you put the package in the correct locker.
